Stroganoff

1 or 2 lbs Hamburger Meat

1 or 2 cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup

1 lb Sour Cream

1 12 oz Bag of Egg Noodles (cook noodles as directed on the bag)


Directions:

Cook hamburger meat, add to cooked noodles, then add soup & sour cream. Stir all together and warm to desired temp.

Serve & Enjoy!

Very Quick & Easy...my kids actually like this one.

  1. I have a similar recipe that is one pan and adds a few spices and herbs....I agree, easy stroganoff is a good family pleaser!
